Maybe they think a sloooow dilution hurts less? Maybe traders get in expecting it to move and when it doesnt move a couple hours later they get out for a 10% loss and so it falls inch by inch day by day?
The Co. did say there would be info on the Co. website over 2 weeks ago and it is still not there. Which means they invited a bunch of hits to their site and showed everyone how old and out of date the site was. On top of which, the Form 15 now makes it legal for them to be out of touch with investors and the only info they have is that 06 financial statement - which is great but not all too recent.
