My take here is plane and simple.
They investigate all the companies traded under SAT. Some companies like BHUB were suspended immediately to protect investors because there were issued tons of phantom shares.

Once again they have not found anything obviously wrong with ACMG. May find later, may not... At least our share count didn’t reveal any phantom shares. More over, we are missing about 20M.
Another thing to remember is that N/S never short good companies – they are not suicide bombers, BTW.
