I started back in November at .38. After the stock fell off the cliff I average down to .05 with 10 Million shares. It is now up to the integrity of the mamagement of the company. It
is clear to me that both the Company and The Briner Group caused the damage in the stock. Now is the time for them to
admit there error and to go forward for the Shareholders. The business model could make all of us money if the Company can be straight with us.

Unfortunately I started with a large amount around .39.
At the time the people having interest in the Hockey business thought the stock would go to $2.00. This could have easily been done. The problem is the dilution created. Both sides selling whilewe were buying. With the stock at 2.00 the company could get bank financing very easy. At .01 how much financing could they get. The stocks rebuilding process at this point will be very hard because almost everyone has an averagr of .01 or less. Although I am a long term investor my best hope for is .25 within the next 2 years. The company used the stock as a piggy bank. That is why I keep telling all of you that you do not know how many share outstanding without financials. I have no clue were the money is coming from for this lawsuit. If they are behind on bills how can they afford a lawsuit.

Ask the company off the record? I personally have more money invested in Whka than any of you. I started at .35 and averaged all the way down. We need a straight answer. If I am right both sides will have to repurchase from the market place. Sorry I put your shorts in a knot. But I am right about the stock being issued. Check it out! That is why the lawsuit
will never see the inside of a courthouse.

Listen carefully! I am not saying anyone did anything Illegal. Being a shareholder you should be careful to make that claim.
If both parties made a contract between each other, and both
breach the contract they would both be wrong. That is why this lawsuit will be settled. All the quarters in my pocket have 2 sides. What about your quarters. We as shareholder hope that the parties involve are businessmen. Check with the company. This stock should be trading at .05 with the good news
that came out for the last several days. None of this news came
out and I paid .35 based on future prospects of the company.

I saw a trade for 1 Million shares.That can only be the company
or the bad guys. The bad guys have sold for over 1 month.
The news has been great and the stock is down. Who is using the printing press. We need to know!

Falcor I think there are an additional 300 Million shares out. Not illegally, however they used this stock like a piggy bank both parties cause serious dilusion. When will we every know if we do not have access to financials. To find out market capitalization how could we determine value. We must multiply shares outstanding times the price of the stock. This would tell the value of the company. From there we could determine where the stock could go. The printing presses must stop. Unaudited financial will do fine. We need some kind of accountably. If we all added up how many shares on this board we could come up with more than 125 Million.

What is dissapointing to me is that the company at this time does not appear to be getting any inquires about their company
from an investment angle. You would think with the Famous names
involved some group other than us would have an interest in the companies stock at .01. The volume has dried up leaving the stock vunerable to the MM and short sellers. On a penny stock liquidity is important. The day it traded 60 Million shares took place only because the sellers at that time need funds for themself. Trading 2 million shares a day half buys and half sells amounts to $10000.00. It would be nice if GDVM
decides to make a HOSTILE TAKOVER. LOL

In order for me to consider lowering my average below .05. The stock would have to go to .005. At that point I would step in and double down and buy another 10 Million shares to bring my average to .0275.Otherwise I will wait it out.
