Re: Report on the Phase lll Diamond Drill Program on the Lipangue Breccia Project, Metropolitan Region, Chile for Medinah Mining Inc. by Gordon D. House, P.Geo, January 15, 2001 and non-payment of debt to the Estate of Gordon D. House.



Dear Sirs:



Please take notice that as an Executor of the Estate of Gordon D. House (Estate) and the legal holder of the debt owed by Medinah Minerals, Inc. (formerly Medinah Mining Inc.) to the Estate, I am informing you that legal permission is hereby withdrawn for Medinah Minerals, Inc., Cerro Dorado, Inc. and Sr. Juan José Quijano Fernandez and/or their agents, to use the above noted report for any purpose whatsoever.



This noted report was the result of the intellect of Gordon D. House and therefore is now the intellectual property of the Estate. As the debts to the Estate have not been paid, permission to use the report and its contents is withdrawn until such time as these debts are paid in full.



Please take notice also that any 3rd parties you have contacted to view this report are also hereby libel for damages to the Estate if any business is transacted by them predicated on any information contained in this report. These business transactions, using information in any form derived from the above noted report, are using information obtained as fruit from a poisoned tree and therefore legal liability will attach to any 3rd party use. Please inform any parties that have, or have had, possession of the report, that any future business being developed from this date forward, on the basis of information contained in this report, is to cease and desist until such time as the debt has been paid.



This withdrawal of permission extends to any use of any of the information in the report, or any 3rd party reports and/or any conclusions derived from any of the information contained within the report by these 3rd parties or their agents therein.



The current debt total owed to the Estate as of July 1, 2007 is US$96,200.59 and CAN$40,361.33.
