When the price doesn't change with the trade volume declined, it means less naked short there. I just wondering who would sold the shares @$0.0001 to $0.0003, are those seller did they bought those shares @ the price lower than $0.0001 to $0.0003? OF course not, only those MM's who naked short the stock @ that price range.
