I contacted the CEO David Wodar to substantiate olguy's post.

Here is his response:

"Most of our engineering is done in Oakville/Burlington. The new office is being finished and will be in Oakville, and you visit us there August 1st. There has never been electricity at the mine – it has always been by generator. The proprietary pilot dry process proved out that it did work, but as a pilot it is not efficient enough for commercial operations. As discussed with you earlier we are going to retool the whole operation top to bottom First Class. As for timing that will depend on the engineers to configure the process and then build it out."
