Sounds like they think Lotus 123 is the spreadsheet of the future since it has such a head start. LOL

Tenderloin: "We're not going to be supporting WMA for now," Muffi Ghadiali, product marketing manager for HP's digital entertainment products group, said in a statement.

Why should they ever. The same songs, the same prices and similar "giveaways. IMO, there will be a mutiny by otherwise PC/Windows supporters, among other computer companies. Apple/ ipod and their itunes store are about to be transcendent in this field.

AAC is a superior codec to WMA, and the music community, in this case an interesting alliance of both labels AND artists, are united in their support for Apple.

''We love that company (APPLE) in this industry,'' said Jimmy Iovine, chairman of Vivendi Universal SA's Interscope Geffen A&M label group, during an appearance as part of Ms. Fiorina's keynote speech at the electronics show. ''We respect it and every artist in the industry wants to support it.''

Apple is coming closest to what resistent kids will ever think is cool; something that no one will ever think about MSFT.
