Also, your "stock law friend" isn't privvy to what I know. And, having walked through various "legal doors" regarding stocks in the past I can assure you that I have no qualms about my post history nor my questioning you here on IHub.
Tell your little friend to email directly any threats he'd like to make towards myself like the other RR/RRGI chumps have so stupidly done in the past.

Shark, the question is a simple one. If you knew about this, then keeping quiet is a good thing. If you did not know about this, then saying "I had no idea this was going to happen" is not illegal inside information.
By your comments it can be determined with relative certainty that this was a planned event. The question now is "why"?
