Acocording to Forbes.com there is going to be a glut of semi plants going online in 2005. AMD's plant will not be kicking out processors until the end of 2005. What I am trying to say is I think there is going to be overcapicity in semi manufacturing after 2005. I don't think AMD would have decided to build a plant unless there was serious incentives by the German government for building another semi plant. Why not go joint venture with some of these plants to expand capacity. Thats all...
