well go to amex website and check the requierment.
first of all, rpdi must audit it finance and release more information about capital and share structure.
then to be listed on AMEX, rpdi must make a certain amount of profits to be listed there
so I don t beleive in a listing on amex.

Also, most CEO that talk about AMEX, they never done it (from my personal trading experience). last year PAIV (now PAVC) was seeking AMEX listing (after 1 year and a few months nothing yet).

PAIM (before the CD debentures), CEO was seeking amex listing : nada.

GOIH, PGPM... nada

I think i will close my position on this one for monday because I am so busy during the day that I can not trade... yes i will sell
