That's how I read it. I've already asked you once if there was ANY other way to read this statement form the CEO of DeSimplex:

It does not exists a reason at this moment by which Desimplex must break relations with Panamersa,

it means that he doesn't see a reason to break the relationship they have I assume.

I'm not trying to bust on ya' here, but I REALLY think you guys misunderstood something you were told OR were given BUM information by someone. Too many of the "facts" in the claim don't add up....and so far remain not only unverified but DISPUTED by ALL of the principals involved.
