People sell for a number of reasons: they need the cash for sudden expenses, they need the cash to put into another play that seems to promise a quick return, they want to cash because they're bored and Wal-mart has a special on plasma TV's. Lots of reasons.
The "up-side" to EFGO - barring news that directly and immediately impacts the bottom line - is a long-term upside; so, there will always be sellers.
