When calling your state securities board - or ANY regulatory body - make sure they have the correct Netco. Best to not even use the name "Netco" as it has been and will be confused with another company of same name.
Refer to Netco as Privada, a Texas Corporation. BE SURE TO SAY "TEXAS"
Stockefeller, in recent weeks this company has been reported to 4 state securities boards (that I am aware of). Apparently, the more the merrier - I am assured that the states do talk with one another. If enough investors report this scam to their own state securities board, it's possible a class action could be initiated by the government.
