well given that the 504's have probably sold or cd'd for interest, he wouldnt be hurting them, as for us, i get the distinct feeling that dont matter much, and really he could RS and issue himself a bundle more so, I am not so sure that argument hold s much weight at this point...although your points have merit, DOES OUR CEO?
