That was actually a good answer: "Those numbers are not a price targets, but our estimates of fair share price based on company's fundamentals." Nobody can predict PPS, including presidents of NWOG. :) Anyway, they need to improve "fundamentals" to make this true... which raises all those questions about contracts, deadlines, etc.
