I really don't see Garr or Jack standing on the corner selling shares here.. so I'm thinking your remark about dilution is off base. From the issued OS a year ago, it only looks to most to be selling of restricted shares that became unrestricted. The company has said they are using shares, restricted at that, to acquire assets or other operations, but to make the comment that the company is selling shares and diluting you'll have to bring more than your statement to find any credibility with it.... Show us your proof please?
