A good CEO would have not allowed that distraction to take place. Hence not needing CLOSURE.

Its obvious they do not understand the corporate world. This is not good.

They are running all over the world looking for money. There is no lack of funding and liquidity available.

Unfortunately at this point I would take a buyout.
