I really think the best approach to investing is scaling in and out. Always leaving cash on hand to average down and then slowly selling as the price rises to capture profit. Its usually hard to find "the bottom" or "the top". By scaling you can average up or down as needed. Not sure if its the best way to invest but has worked for me.

I had a $1.22 average after the split and made one buy at $1.35, then the slide and I just bought a little here and there all the way down and also made my largest purchase at .40 and will keep buying small chunks at these levels...Even if it takes a couple of years for CMTN to mature it will be worth the wait...

Not very often can you say you were one of the "Original Investors" of X company....

"If you would have invested $10,000 in walmart in 1972 you'd a been a millionaire by 1996" or something like that...lol
