bochelle: Pink Sheets LLC under new owners is reform minded and increasingly strident about cleaning up the garbage dump known as Pinkieland. As the pinks continue to attract some surprisingly large firms and volume surges to enormous levels compared to just a few years ago, Pink Sheets LLC wants more respect. They already deleted the firms that were idle shells or didn't even ackowledge the Pink Sheets LLC request for updated minimal information.
Pink Sheets LLC is now turning the screws on the non-reporters, like RSHN. They are assigning icons for Current Information (pink check mark), Limited Information (Yield sign), No Information (Stop sign), Caveat Emptor (Skull and Crossbones for reputed scams).
RSHN will no doubt receive a red Stop Sign icon on August 1, 2007.
I believe the inevitable next step in the Pinks Sheets LLC campaign for respectability will be to delist "No Information" non-reporting firms. Why? The non-reporters will be tainted, widely perceived as having something to hide after 08/01/2007 unless these companies announce their intent to comply (hint). Some here hope RSHN takes the cue before that possibility ever happens.
