The 52-week low is .16 - we're still hanging above it by a thread.
Joe, unfortunately, has several things to deliver on here, and may only be able to speed things up so much on his end of it. Some investors (I consider myself one of them) were brought in with very optimistic revenue projections, and nudged along by un-realistic stock price targets given by PR firms for the past two years.....I remember vividly discussions of 10 ships to shuttle wood debris to Asia, and making money hand over fist with UTCS '06 & '07. As these targets slip by, without guidance from Joe, the outlook grows less....predictable.
As certainty grows (with respect to the business), so too will the stock's performance (hopefully)! Until then, we're left digesting weekend emails from somebody, somewhere.
