That's a fair statement, Badge. And I too hope your shares afford you a better lifestyle.

Keep in mind too that items stated by the CEO in emails can be treated in a manner similar to items in press releases. Meaning, if the regulating government agency were to take that email stating leases in those other states to Hemi and ask "What's up???", the CEO would have to produce the documents indicating such. And yes, always good to try and verify... that is what good DD is all about but at the same time realizing not all this type information is public record... which brings you back to the DD you've done on the people themselves.

boy thats a lot of friggin shares! im happy with my 25k and hope they afford me a better lifestyle as well. Won't be flipping tho, simply accumulating as we go, and averaging down if the sale prices continue.
