What I get is a index of the directory with the links to the spreadsheets. You may have to right click on a link and select save target. I would like to know what OS you are running, and what web browser you are running. I don't have office on my computer right now. But I did not have any trouble downloading the file from both my link and your link. It may be that I was able to get it, as I own the directory, but I was not aware that anyone was having problems getting them from Geocities. I know that geocities does not let you link direct to gif's or jpg's files. This is the first time that I have tried posting a direct link to one of the spreadsheets. In the header I use the link above.
If you cannot get it from the link above, I can send it by email.
