Dr.- I tend to stay away from companies that had financial filing issues- ie. fraud/Bankruptcy potential etc..

I understand that they have a new bus. plan . The positive is that the market to book is 8.5 to 5 so the value of the stock seems to be undervalued on that alone but again, how to trust books ? I think that I can find better return with less risk that is all-
