Actually you dont count board as employees and if you dont count SEO there are currently 4

This goes back to May, but I assume it's still valid:

"ERHC Energy has four employees in the Houston office. Additionally, the office accommodates the Chairman as well as Peter Ntephe, one of the Board members. Of course, the office also has space for a CEO and a CFO.

The decision to increase the size of the office was made with a long-term view, anticipating that as operations ramp up in the JDZ Blocks, the company’s staff will increase accordingly.
