roowthechanges: In a nutshell: Plant has been indicted on 2 felony counts; CyberKey finally has it's own lawyer, but Plant's lawyers have asked that the SEC case be basically put on hold awaiting the outcome of the criminal case so that he doesn't have to fight both cases at the same time.

Highly unlikely that the judge in the SEC case will turn down that request.

ALERT!!!! A SUPERSEDING INDICTMENT has been filed, and shows up in the criminal court docket as of today.

JAMES PLANT (1) count(s) 1s, 2s, 3s, 4s, RUTH LANE (2) count(s) 2, 5. (jh, ) (Entered: 07/12/2007)

Plant has been indicted on 4 courts, and Ruth on 2. Count 2, which they have been jointly indicted on, has to do with them both destroying company records regarding the non-existent DHS contract.

Just gets more interesting each day.
