The Limit Order Protection rule will come into effect, finally, for all pink sheet stocks on July 26. I think that's what you're referring to, and whether or not it works as it's supposed to, or how it will effect current MM practices - I don't know.

Actually, I was responding to ratso1's post regarding the benefits of the Pink Checkmark tier. He said it would positively effect order execution.

Unless, of course, I'm all confused - which is far more likely - LOL.
