What exactly did Joe "mix up" in his post? Perhaps you were confused by an unusual construction?
Joe thinks that Paris (130nm) will be 1/2-cache defective/disabled Newcastle (130nm), and Paris followup (i.e. Palermo (90nm)) will be Winchester (90nm) with 1/2-cache defective/disabled.
Keith, it sounds like a good fit to me; I suppose there could be at least 2 basic reasons for not doing it: 1) IBM already has other customers lined up(perhaps not publicized yet), and therefore won't have the capacity. 2) They can't come to a price agreement that is beneficial to both. Paul
