well, the restricted shares are only classified as restricted once they have been issued.

so with 2 billion shares, the company market cap is 120 million. Very rich valuation for a company with no assets and 0 revenue.

Remember this post for future reference( and I am not bashing it but telling you from my experience) when this stock crumble - it will crumble quickly. Because the investors havenot realized the valuation of this company. At 20 cents this become a 400 million dollar company.
