Ren; I thought this M S&G lawsuit was postponed until fall of 2008? Your post seems to indicate that this suit has pretty much already been decided? From what you are saying, all the key arguments Mitchell was making have all been shot down. Also, I heard a rumor that Mitchell's family was unhappy with him in his having brought this suit. Maybe because it cost the family lots of money?
Any light you can shed on this? I was apparently not up to date on the Murphy Sand & Gravel lawsuit with Mitchell.
