Most of the insiders bought at 75 cents or so a few weeks back...during the days that it was at $1.50-$1.75, I'm sure they sold a few million shares as the volume was 5 million + per day...so THAT'S where I think the money came from.

The company itself does not pay for the promos. Is that what you thought?
PR firms pay for promos not the underlying company.
