#2197 RE: Gregory_ #2154

Gregory, I'm out here. I am sure Wilf speaks what he feels is the truth and Ed speaks what he feels is the truth. I was taught long ago that the real truth probably rests somewhere in the middle. That doesn't mean anyone is telling a lie. Its all a matter of perception and processing.

My opinion is that if Ed was hammering any of us like he has been hammering Deep Blue and Wilf we would have gone on the defense ourselves, long ago. Hell, you guys make one comment to each other and the other one goes on attack. Just think if it was relentless like it has been on here.

I have met Ed and I have spoken with Ed more than once. I have met Wilf many times and speak with him frequently. I have found both men to be honorable. Ed wears his emotions on his sleeve and airs his laundry in public. Wilf keeps everything close to the cuff and prefers his battles behind closed doors and only comes out when forced.

I see a lot of things different from the way Ed sees them and I see a lot of things different from the way Wilf sees them. I try to insert my opinion in when and where I think it is needed and I try to do it in a way that I feel it will be productive and not destructive. But I do know that even though it is a publicly traded corporation it is not run by the shareholders. If it were we would all be poor. Its ran for the shareholders.

I am confident that Deep Blue will be successful. I am sure mistakes will be made along the way but the Deep Blue personnel I know and that I am relying on to help make us successful are dedicated and professional. I have faith in them and I don't watch the daily price change nor do I care about ongoings of all the players and every inter company event.

I have been actively involved in other publicly traded companies in executive positions. I watched our IPO come out at $10.00, rise to $14.00, drop like a rock to where my $4.00 options were worthless start a rise back up and sell the company out at around $25.00 a share. With Deep Blue we just happen to be in the downward stage.

My philosophy is kind of if I believe, I believe, if I don't, I leave. And if I bet the rent money the issue is not the stock, the issue is my investment skills.

Maybe both Ed and Wilf both need to leave for the DR for a while. While you guys are there, have a drink together on me.
