S2 - Catching up to your posts - a takeover may be in the works
Here is why: 1) Now a few Sr. Mgmt positions unfilled, no need to fill if co. is being taken over 2) The CFO resignation - maybe Tate knew - he didn't have a job and I don't believe he owned alot of stock - so why stay 3) Layoffs coming - I believe cut-back of 15% to 20% likely 4) Full Finl's now filed 5) MRVL is firing on all cylinders makes the ripe buy'em cheap now - acquirer would have to pay up later 6) Call action has been on fire for several weeks
