#15912 RE: toomanycrybabies #15910

Projects fell through? What about the contracts that were already signed?

Where are the plants that were already purchased and on the way?

Forward looking statements.

If I say I'm going to try and start building a house tomorrow, that's a forward looking statement. If I say I just have to finish putting the roof on and it turns out I haven't cleared the lot or broken ground... why that's just a f#@king lie. At least where I live it is.

Maybe in your world that's different.

TMC, you are attempting to negate and set aside a pattern of behavior. Two years of promises and flat-out statements of what they've been doing to get the mining going cannot be swept away with words.

They set out a PR saying they'd JV'd with Kempf, they've had Shaw Group financing, they had Rothschild lined up and now it's 3D Capital. And there are the GTLs and aborted mining ventures at Mayamaya and Columbia. The generator deal. Equipment purchased for Pulacayo. Site preparation underway at Pulacayo. 50,000 tons of zinc concentrate for someone in Japan that won't get delivery. Metals trading for $200,000 in June. They can't even get that gold mine in Colorado going.

So what makes this PR any different?

Why would anyone want to buy FMNJ? You don't think that Apex or Couer d'Alene wouldn't be beating on their door to get a chunk of that $2,000,000,000+ that's supposedly in those five veins at Cerro Rico if FMNJ truly had the exclusive rights to mine the ore? It belongs to COMIBOL and is currently being mined by the cooperavistas, pard. And what the hell, with their share count, if that mother lode of mother lodes is there, why havent't Jim and Willie made themselves rich beyond any man's dreams? Would you be playing with these opportunities if you had that kind of money coming?

They need to take themselves and us serious and get into Pulacayo with picks and shovels and get some mining going.
