leebret... the buyout (not merger) has been finalized for awhile. Sib's people have already taken over the NY office weeks ago. Then, yesterday, the Nevada SOS filing reflected the new mgmt team for GBDX. THE DEAL IS DONE!

As I indicated, it was very clear a stock buyback has been ongoing for a couple of weeks. Level 2 clearly reflected this. Today... it was clear Sib was not buying shares.

So it sounds like both companies are reviewing the wording of the upcoming PR (joint PR, I imagine) and it should be released this week. Best guess is this week.

Clear enough???
