Well, first nice of you to submit a chart
I don’t trade much in the AMEX market, but this is nice news and it came out 30 mi` before market close, so I think you will se more tomorrow.
But the contract is worth a $99.0 million over a 5 year period that will give you 20 mil` a year, with out expenses calculation.
But for short term this can be a nice buy and this will generate there Q next month in a positive way if they can get the $$$$ before that .
