In my questions to Keith I addressed the boiler room issue, imo. Keith said in his e-mail to me, "This is one reason Wilshire does not care what our stock price is... also their services were paid in cash... not stock, they do not have a dog in this fight." So, there is no boiler room deal imo.

Now it comes down to if you are going to trust Keith and Hemi, if not, no sense being invested.

I think it speaks well of Keith to answer a shareholders questions, I appreciate it and it increased my trust.

A regular on this forum (it was awhile back) posted that they called Jesup Lamont that confirmed Wilshire is a subsidiary.
