ALMAZ have buy back 450M for 5M$ and will continue until september.

GBDX wait to have ALMAZ full of cheap shares to receive a price for is 200M shares restricted.

Imagine this :

ALMAZ was ready to give 50M$ for GBDX, but with this strategy they will offer the majority of the money to GBDX BOD.

450M for 5M$ (mid price 0.010$/share) + 350M for 10M$ (mid price 0.03$) = 15M$

They can give 35M$ for the last 200M restricted shares + the shares in the hands of the Longs !!!

BINGO FOR GBDX BOD !
