Wow, das ist aber mal heavy dilution. Abgesehen davon, dass keiner weiss wo die Aktien herkommen. Es haette zuerst mal eine Kapitalerhoehung geben sollen.

Auch diesen Teil finde ich interessant. Wenn sie 4 Mil funding wollen und geben 50% discount, dann koennen sie nochmal 200 Mil Aktien an die Investoren abdruecken.

Bedeutet das, dass die shares auf jeden Fall fällig werden oder nur wenn der zugesagte Gewinn auch tatsächlich erreicht wird?

Hallo nochmal,

hat zufällig jemand Infos über die drei Z`s (ZDSG, ZDEG, ZDHL) oder eine Info wo man was über diese erfahren kann.
Wäre sehr interessant mehr über diese zu wissen als nur das hier eine schleichende Übernahme von Hartcourt stattgefunden hat. ;-) Bedeutet ja nicht zwangsläufig dass die besser da stehen als Hartcourt selbst.
