Do you know any more details on what the 'deal' is between Wilshire and Hemi? If so, could you fill us in.

Questions not answered:

1) Who came to who first, was Wilshire hired by Hemi, or did Wilshire come to Hemi.

2) What is Wilshire being paid, some kind of disclosure on the deal is needed.

3) How will the dilution of resources, discounted O&G compare to dilution of shares. How can Wilshire get Hemi up-listed. Is this friendly to shareholders?

4) Is there a relationship between the PPS drop and Wilshire, such as Wilshire shorting the box? Shorting restricted shares, a common Toxic financing occurrence. How can we verifiy Wilshire is not involved in the PPS decline?

Hope someone asks Keith and Wilshire these and related questions today.

Folks, this group is obviously 'large' shareholders. They stated enumerous times, their buying. They state clear understanding of the Hemi reserves. They state their findings from knowledge and experience.

The "innuendo and irrational logic" is no more a figment of their imagination than the proven and probable oil under the Hemi leases.

They see and understand probably better than anyone else here. They are savvy enough to know that MMs read this message board and they're savvy enough to know MMs have their "friends" posting "illogical innuendo" to "help" the shareprice go down...by creating doubt and fear, resulting in panic selling.


But coincidentally, just like me, they're delusional, and the 'do little else than piss and moan' are the ones who know what they're talking about.

Excellent DDteam. 2.5 million cert request started about 2 months ago by the group. Group holds more than 5 million in certs & will request serveral million more if DD is needed. Group believes we are are the 2nd. largest holder of shares in HMGP. We continue to worked behind the scenes to help Hemi & work has been on going for over a year. We have No Need to sell shares & have a very long time term $ goal that is consistent with management. Zguy you & several others are doing excellent service for all Hemi longs too. Please read connecting DD projection postS very carefully to more fully understand the BOE value of reserves much bigger $ picture. Thanks for all the DD team members that value DD accuracy. Tia
