Not to diminish CTUM in ANY way, but DR was not exactly too timely with his original LTC filing projection, yet we all forgave him, no?

Point is, things take longer than planned, and in Hemi's case, weather has atleast a little to do with any inability to 'follow thru'.

Regarding how Wilshire is compensated, seems everyone who has chosen the negative attitude, has conveniently forgotten that Keith and Craig own a VERY substantial amount of the o/s, and actually rocketeer, even more percentage-wise, than DR does, of CTUM.

In other words, if Don Robbins has been as apprehensive to dilute as he has, Keith and Craig are even more so.

Somehow, rocketeer, I'm not sure CTUM is a good comparison.

rocketeer357, I believe you are incorrect about your statements having to do with Wilshire and Hemi.

I don't think Hemi sought out Wilshire but the other way around. I'm not just "guessing" at this either. It was PR'd. I am the type where to me, "words mean something". I dissect these press releases, often reading them 10 times, trying to get the most information I can from them and put the entire story together. I don't know what it means or even if it was intentionally worded like this or ? Either way, something interesting to think about.

From the May 18th Press release...

Wilshire Capital Group, Inc. Investment/Energy Bankers and Financial Consultants Engages with Hemi Energy Group, Inc.

That "engages" seemed like a strange way to word something to me so I looked up the definition.

1. To obtain or contract for the services of; employ
2. To arrange for the use of; reserve
3. To pledge or promise, especially to marry.
4. To attract and hold the attention of; engross
5. To win over or attract

Those are the top five definitions. First line reads... Wilshire engages with Hemi. It does not read Hemi engages with Wilshire. Replace the word "engages" with the above phrases.

Then, Hemi giving Wilshire enough shares to cause a 50% decline in the share price, again, not correct. See the post I just made (15820) for the reasoning.

EDIT: I JUST read DD2's post 15791 after I posted the above. Looks like he pretty much answered my question about why Wilshire sought out Hemi!
