Jazz, MLB, or anyone else, I posted this the other day and was hoping for some feedback from other investors- I'm knowledgeable, but a newbie, just starting to build my portfolio. I know the investigation is the big 'how do' on this board right now, but I think this i.d.'s the group controlling price and volume...

Had to dig for it- but check out the clause added to the final agreement
-- A final clause added and approved by the two Boards of Directors specifies that Siam Renewable Energy Group will acquire up to 30 million shares in the open market to a maximum of $1.00 per share and said "buy back" is to begin immediately.

Smokey, was this the original stmt or was the amendment reworded to say this. Sounds like the original but either way I agree with you, think that is what they are doing.
