didn't the original judge that awarded the NSS judgment to USXP have any control over the amount of monetary reward? did the jury have any effect at all on the outcome? if the judge didn't think it's fair and reasonable for USXP based on available information even without the presence of defendants but with the presence of a jury, I don't think USXP would end up the favorable outcome
