I re-read ACMG PRs some time ago. My impression was that AC was a standing up guy. What I'm trying to say now is that if anything has gone wrong with Siam AC would step up to the plate to explain the situation, at least to minimize charges during further criminal investigation.
And remember, the silence started on Monday March 26th (no MN1 show) – just two days after the divvy announcement. What could go wrong between March 23rd and March 26th? I think nothing - it was a weekend. I believe it was done on purpose by Siam to start slamming the price to buy cheap shares.
