Hi TVC - I read the filing several times and came to the conclusion that the $550,000 was to "settle outstanding liabilities" that was also mentioned in the filing.
i.e. Dazhu Fuda Ramee Textile Co Ltd. is paying for the costs associated with the uplisting from the pinks to the OTCBB, which we speculated on the board in March would probably cost about half a monkey.
