Yes it was, I don't expect a run to .80, but .08 is not out of the question on R/M plays. If WNSH O/S is 1.6 b, and Appletree is worth 125 million that gives a valuation of .07 without multipliers.
If the float is 500 mil, as some have suggested we could really move. USXP ran to .04 on a 5 billion float! XKEM to .10 on a 1 billion float!
