Ed:
All that the below means is that Turner Stone performed an audit on a company and rendered an audit opinion on their annual financial statements. The audited financials had a going concern reference/note. Essentially that means that in the auditors opinion the company may not be able to realize on its assets and pay its liabilities. In other word, the company is somewhat insolvent and may go into receivership or worse.
I am not sure what your point was though.
