I still ask; is there commercial production in the CIS countries (such as the Ukraine and Russia) and if so, where is the production facility? I wonder if the plans for sales have progressed in those countries OR are they now waiting for the US and European Assembly process and will buy the units from the USA division? (If so this might be a source of "wholesale" profits to a "friendly" division of the company- we would be selling to them?)
