OK, let me get this straight. The SEC investigated Taylor and Telatinos in April 2005. I'm fairly certain of this because of the FOIA response I got from the SEC. They indicated there WAS an investigation, but would not share the details because it might be used in a future criminal investigation.
At the same time, Paul went into great detail on the telephone, explaining how it was a grueling 8-hour session, and a lot of other interesting things that I won't go into here. And he was telling the truth IMO.
Obviously, there were no revenues. What I can't understand is, why would the SEC let Paul and others continue converting debs for profit, for YEARS afterwards?
Who is it they're really after?
