Shorts always cover at 0.0001 , because stocks can't trade any lower, and BK court takes too long. Then, the collateral is released, and available for the next profitable short.

Reverse Stock Split
.00002 is a very slick way of implementing a stock split without doing so. selling far less than what you paid for it is just a scam. I don't see why the SEC won't just shut the entire pinksheets down--It's just one big SCAM!!!!

There is no regulation--what these scam shell companies are doing is similar to selling millions of dollars of crack without the prospect of going to prison if they get caught!

stockhound101 - I really like your explanations, I think I will keep my hopes up until the end. I suppose the divy startegy didn't work, so they are shaking everyone out.

flipper, shorters, weak hand investors, you name it.

Bring it on PAIM.

Unless someone else has another explanation why there is even a bid.

It's really pretty simple. Some, like you, have bought into this silly shorting story. Others, who perhaps don't follow the stock closely, remember the run last year during/after that "buyback", and are hoping it'll happen again.

If the stock trades a billion shares at an average of 0.00015, that's a whopping $150K for the day. Not exactly big money.
