Thanks for sharing this with us..With this news, the lights are clearly turned off..last nail in the coffin so to speak..
There may be a reverse merger that could be attempted
at some point in future using this shell but there is very little hope now
with all the promising products gone..
Another BB story gone bad..Good luck to all..

'rubellite0013', A product like shugr doesn't take that much effort to sell like crazy. All it takes is for management to get up from behind the desk and do some selling. The Ex-CEO of HESG should be ashamed of himself for not being a success.

I wonder how long management lived off of investors?

Rubel, I guess that's it. Swiss Research, Inc, I hear, is a private company.
On R.B.'s HESG, there's reference to another sugar: stevia.
One poster endorses SUWN (Sunwin), mentioning both Coke and Cargill are looking seriously at stevia.
Actually, GLG Life Tech Corp. (GLGT on the CNQ Canadian exchange) and Cargill might have a supply deal inthe works also. GLGT closed at $3.50 Cdn. about 50M shares OS.
